When developing your bottle, we work in a structured manner and to clearly defined deadlines:
→ Following approval of the technical drawing: approximately 8 weeks for the manufacture of the pilot mould
→ Following receipt of the pilot mould: approximately 2 weeks for sample production
→ Following approval of the samples: approximately 7 weeks for the manufacture of the production moulds
This process enables us to transform ideas into industrial bottles, whilst always maintaining a balance between design, technical feasibility and production efficiency.

Our manufacturing
We do what we do because we know that the production of extra-flint white glass bottles requires a combination of technical expertise, precision and attention to detail that few have mastered.
We have a hybrid furnace with a capacity of approximately 35 tonnes of glass per day, incorporating around 50 per cent recycled glass into the production process. This approach contributes to a more efficient use of resources and to reducing the environmental impact of our operations.
Production is carried out on two single-drop production lines, providing an installed capacity of approximately 15 million bottles per year.
It is in Marinha Grande, recognised as Portugal’s leading glass manufacturing hub, that we concentrate all our expertise and technical rigour. Here, experience and technology come together to produce bottles of the highest quality and reliability.
